About Us

Why We’re Different

We promise to meet you exactly where you are in life - whether you need the technical details to feel secure, or a simple conversation that breaks down what to expect. We’ll listen closely, match your communication style, and bridge the gap between uncertainty and a more confident, healthy future.

Meet Dr. Quinton Slaughter

“I believe in treating each patient like you’d treat your own family by being 150% available, listening intently, and meeting you where you are in your life.”

- Dr. Slaughter.

Why Oral Surgery?

I fell in love with oral surgery because it’s the best of both worlds- a little bit of dentistry and a little bit of medicine. It’s a unique specialty that gives us so many ways to help patients overcome challenges and enhance their quality of life.

Background & Education

Originally from Memphis, TN, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree at Auburn University and even had an opportunity to study abroad in Salamanca, Spain.

That experience set the stage for my dental degree at Meharry Medical College, where I was inducted into the OKU Dental Honor Society.

I then pursued a medical degree at Texas Tech Health Science Center and completed my oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Texas A&M College of Dentistry (formerly Baylor College of Dentistry) after a valuable internship in general surgery at Baylor University Medical Center.

Outside of the Office

When I’m not practicing, you can find me fishing, cycling, traveling, and spending time with my three kids and dog, Rocky.
